Learn and grow in small cohorts

UX Group Coaching

Unfortunately there will be no more Group Coaching cohorts in 2024 and beyond.

What is group coaching?

Coaching in small cohorts brings you various advantages. On the one hand, you have direct access to your coach and can address your questions and challenges at a lower rate than 1:1 coaching.

On the other hand, you also learn through the guided exchange with the other participants. Everyone grows with each meeting by discussing their professional challenges and struggles, sharing their experiences and best practices, and supporting and challenging each other to reach their personal goals and those of the group.

I like to call this the “Magic of the Group”. It has been proven that personal development in a group coaching setting is much more significant than it can ever be in 1:1 settings due to the shared exchange and the synergies created.

Mimi was my UX mentor for over a year and her warmth, empathy and expertise are remarkable. To this day, we are still in touch and she recently supported me in a job change. Thanks to her advice (and that of her network!) I made the right choice and became the UX designer I am today. Thank you Mimi!
