My coaching process is all about empowering you to unleash your inner UX superhero. It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call where we’ll chat about your current UX skills and where you’d like to take your career. From there, I’ll recommend the best coaching setup for you, which usually includes 10 weekly coaching sessions.

Together, we’ll start by identifying your current UX status quo and if needed, we’ll create a visual competency profile to get a clear understanding of your strengths and areas for growth. Then, we’ll work together to craft a development plan or set clear coaching goals to help you reach new heights in your UX journey.
